Megan Navongsy is a talented Makeup Artist living in the San Luis Obispo are. She was born and raised on the Central Coast of California, and makeup started for her at a young age where she was self taught and did most of her work for theater productions in 2005. She received formal training through beauty college where she received her cosmetology license. Even though she has knowledge in both hair and makeup, makeup will always be her first love. As a Makeup artist, Megan provides a fun and relaxing experience for her clients.
